This one-star review is for the rude receptionist with appalling customer service I dealt with yesterday- the elderly lady. She was very rude and condescending to myself and my mother. Did not acknowledge us when we walked into the clinic. She answered my simple questions in a rude blunt tone. Please avoid Dr Kylie McLachlan. This review is well overdue. I was meant to do this during the time I saw this doctor last year. I needed to see an endocrinologist urgently and was trying to get in to see another dr at the centre but was told to try Kylie and they would try to transfer me. I have since gone on to speak to four other endocrinologist at other centres whose advice has differed to Kylie’s.
