My name is Samir kamel, I come here every month for a follow up and refill my medication and I've been doing this for the last 6 years and I've seen bad days here but today is worst..they changed my appointment from 9:45a to 12:30p and they did send me a text msg the day before my appointment to confirm my appointment at 9:45 but 4 hrs. I cannot review this place well enough. While workers compensation can be a very long and confusing process, the kindness and understanding provided by the staff there really makes all the difference. The customer service in the doctor's office is absolutely amazing. Tamia, Chanel and everyone else there are really incredible people and will go out of their way to explain things and help you if you need it. This place is best especially if you work for transit. They know the ends and outs of NYC,T protocol and procedures. If you need your paperwork to be on point make sure you visit this place ask for Chanel or Tamia the best.
This place is a waste of time I had a 11:45 appointment with Dr barns I didn’t get seen until 1:30 I set in the back and I can here him on the phone while people are waiting like the hell with me and any other patients time they don’t care about anything as long as they keep billing your insurance company. Stay away if you can
I wouldn't give them a half a star. Employees are very inconsiderate about your time. Will pack customers on one Doctor's caseload due to greed and will have you waiting for hours, with no regard for your time. Very disingenuous people. Customer Service is garbage.
