Disrespectful and rude
The Bronx office is the absolute worst. 5 hour wait for you to see the doctor for 10 minutes. The staff is GHETTO (NOT ALL BUT MOST). WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO DO SOMETHING THAT IS THEIR JOB THEY GET AN ATTITUDE. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THEM AFTER IM FINISH WITH THIS WORKER'S COMPENSATION CASE.
Im a worker's comp patient diagnosed for multiple work injuries expanding 9 years & from day ONE its been smooth sailing. Yes I also put in work to retrieve medical records & documents for outside services ie: court, lawyer, social security & employer. I couldn't expect the clerical staff of any office to understand the severity of MY situation. Horrible wait times. Don’t see the point of an appointment if you get seen two or three hours after your scheduled time. No cell or wifi in the office either. It’s ridiculous. Won’t use this place if I’m ever in a worker’s comp situation again
I had to wait a long time. But Dr Barnes and his assistant were really helpful.
