We received 7 EOB’s from our insurance regarding urine tests done on my daughter. They only problem is my daughter did not have these tests done. I spoke to Mary, she did have my daughters information but my daughter has never been to California, she was in Florida at a Sober House. Can we say SCAM ALERT. Still waiting for Mary to call me back. Not holding my breathe. Look up Dr Hiserodt, he’s got quite the history.
