I keep putting up with the staff because I really like Miranda as my doctor. But I have a really hard time getting anyone on the phone to make a simple pre surgery appointment. The paperwork has been sent to them multiple times, they keep losing it. I’ve been on hold for 15 mins and I think I’ve been forgotten about. I am officially finding another doctor. The staff is the worst I’ve ever experienced at any doctors office in Coral Springs. Incompetent.
Dr. Streit is a great Doctor and had gone to him maybe 2 years ago. i dont have a pcp and wanted to start going to him. sadly I have a bad condition that really needed a referral to go to a specialist. I had updated my Uhc site where I chose him to be my new pcp since I had a great experience with him. As I called to get my much needed referral, the lady that answered the phone without hesitation said she will not give me a referral because I had not seen him in a while. me. Because of my insurance at the time no one wanted to see me but this kind doctor was very nice and staff are amazing. Dr Streit is not after your money but about your care. Unlike most doctors that just want to prescribe to make extra money, he really prescribes to heal you. Wished more doctors were like this. God bless you all
Horrible Place!!! Horrible front desk and office employees!!! Save yourself time and find someone else! They all have an attitude and pretty much useless!!! The Doctor refused to see me because his office manager- when I scheduled my appointment never told me that I need to bring my X-ray! When I finally agreed to get an X-Ray done in their office- they told me their X-Ray machine broke! And you can hear them in the background saying: the X-ray stopped working because I have an attitude. Please!!! Just save your time and ene... read more
