Horrible Place!!! Horrible front desk and office employees!!! Save yourself time and find someone else! They all have an attitude and pretty much useless!!! The Doctor refused to see me because his office manager- when I scheduled my appointment never told me that I need to bring my X-ray! When I finally agreed to get an X-Ray done in their office- they told me their X-Ray machine broke! Beware of this practice. I have had high blood pressure for years. I’ve been on medication to help manage it, but when it started to creep back up again I went into see the doctor. I had been monitoring my blood pressure and was 100% aware that it was high. I went in to get my medication adjusted or changed and when I went in the nurse told me my blood pressure was 118/80. Still require masks. There’s a post that says $2.00 a mask provided if you don’t have one. Front desk receptionist is so very stressed. I am a 9/11 World Trade Center survivor. My primary and secondary insurance through WTC Health Center program covers all copays and balances. They were demanding copay when on the CARD says that! We are 3 years post pandemic and this office is still requiring masks, which I can understand IF TOLD AHEAD OF TIME. Not only do they fail to mention this when scheduling the appointment, but the MASKLESS receptionist will look you dead in your face and ask for $2 to give you a mask. THE SAME PERSON ENFORCING THE MASKS AND CHARGING FOR THEM DOES NOT WEAR ONE.
