We had the most amazing experience working with Tracy our midwife at this clinic. Where do I start. From the very beginning she made us feel so comfortable, cared for and most of all calmed us down immensely in relation to the pregnancy process. Tracy has a wealth of knowledge across everything to do with pregnancy, birth and newborns. We are so blessed to have had her by our side at every stage of the process. Never ever had an issue with this clinic, lovely doctors, lovely receptionist, however today I experienced such a rude receptionist, I’ve never seen her before, Connie. Not understanding at all- when I called to re book an appointment her reply was ‘I spose’ abruptly. Not at all sympathetic at all. I have never encounter such a rude person at this clinic. This is an excellent clinic for expecting mothers and children. Dr Amarasena in particular is a wonderful GP with obstetrics training, and is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She is across all the latest guidelines and data, very reassuring and takes time to answer all of my (many!) queries. Honestly probably the best GP I have ever seen hands down. Tracy the midwife at this clinic is also wonderful - an absolute hoot but also no nonsense, knowledgeble and sensible in her approach. Have had nothing but great experiences... read more
Always had great experience here with myself, husband and little one. Love the experience with the midwife, the other nurses have been great with immunisations and concerns. I like that I can use an app to book appointments or get a new script with ease. Always feel validated here.
I am 56 years old,l have seen many doctors in my life and with out a thought DR DARREN IRVINE is the worst.He is immature,childish and it's his way or the high way. I layed in bed for many a day, l was getting sicker by the week, l ended up in the hospital (a couple of times).Dr IRVINE didn't care, he just kept on reducing my meds.l tried to find another doctor but to my surprise things were wrote in my file, so no doctor will take me on.What a terrible time l have had in the last 2 years!
