Extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from the front desk staff at this office. I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner recently, who was professional, and recommended I get specific lab work done. She told me to call the office once I completed the labs, as the results might not show up quickly on their end and follow-up was important. My senior mom had 8:30 bloodwork appt. Doors didn’t even open until 8:30. No where to sit outside in unbearable heat. When they finally opened door , I tried to explain that my mom needed to get in ASAP because she was having difficulty breathing (COPD). The “nurse” was rude and took her time making everyone stand outside questioning them before they let them inside. Dr ziton is really nice and personable. As everyone else is mentioning in the comments, the staff is horrible. Extremely rude and show absolutely 0 empathy.

Wonderful Service. Doctors and staff are caring and compassionate. I have been a patience for 3 years.
