I received a past due notice with the threat to send to a collection agency if not paid. First of all, I never received an original bill for this equipment, and second of all, I pay my bills the day I receive them. My credit rating is a few points below the highest level. If this is how you do business I will transfer my business to another company that does not threaten collection for past due amounts when they did not send the original bill to be paid.
