Honestly the worst possible level of care you could imagine. The gps do not want to speak to you, the only way to contact them is to request it online and they just mark it as completed without contacting you and there is nothing you can do about it because you can’t contact them. I would seriously consider going to any other gp surgery regardless of distance! The connected pharmacy are good though
KAREN (Practice Manager) runs this surgery to suit her not her patients. If you complain to this surgery they will attack / victimise you in my experience. KAREN Fox does not deal with complaints properly or at all. She is also disingenuous in her approach to complaints ignoring key facts. Avoid Dr Patel and Dr Ahmed as they lack sympathy and are unhelpful / disingenuous as they do not act in the patient’s best interests. Dr Hassan also makes false promises and is careless. Been a patient here for years and today was the final straw. Rude receptionists, when i arrived they pount at the screen bolted to the wall "sign in there" not a "hello" or "good morning" uninterested therapist and nurse. Wasting my time attempting to get health care here. Moving my surgery as of today.
1 of the worst place in 1 yer time day don’t do aniting and my son is still sick and day don’t kno anything els only paracetamol I ting the doctors ther they do the doctor school on the instagram or tick tok
