Absolutely terrible service GP are always late never on time make you wait for hours and then when you come late 5 minutes they turn you away and rearrange.. hypocritical behaviour
Very rude receptionists(especially woman with glasses) I've not met the doctor yet and I'm already thinking about changing my GP. In my previous GP practice in Telford, the staff was really friendly and cooperative. I've called 3 times and they refuse to give appointments as well, while in the previous practice, they used to give appointments in the same week or the next week. I heard the receptionists saying that these Desi(indian) people need to be kept in limits, otherwise they forget their status(uqaat). Extremely racist... read more
