My initial interaction was through their Bemidji, MN location which was very positive. I wish I could say the same for their service center in St Cloud. Originally they could not find a welder I sent for repair and dealing with Phillip in their service dept was very frustrating. Not only was he rude when trying to get information on the completion of my unit but even had the nerve to hang up on me. Knowledgeable staff, had me on my way in good time and I learned a couple things from listening to things they said. I will return and do business with again.
These guys are the worst. Their customer service is on par with a junkyard. I get my 20# co2 tank filled weekly and weekly I stand and wait for service. Be four or five of them there but they all excel at the i dont give a f attitude. I drop my tank off and they say they'll fill it and call me within 24 hrs. Honestly think hell would freeze over first, they never call and never have it filled. I just show up over 24 hrs later and stand and wait for service, again, and wait some more for them to find my tank, and wait some mo... read more
