My items are damaged after storing there by water and mold and they continue to charge me after I removed my items and cleared the storage. I removed all my items and had three different conversations with the manager and Sarah the assistant that works there. Both confirmed I will have no further charges if I remove my items by March 3, which I did yet. I continue to get statements of charges from them. The blaring alarm has been going off for 4 straight hours! How rude! Terrible owners! This happens weekly!
