My items are damaged after storing there by water and mold and they continue to charge me after I removed my items and cleared the storage. I removed all my items and had three different conversations with the manager and Sarah the assistant that works there. Both confirmed I will have no further charges if I remove my items by March 3, which I did yet. I continue to get statements of charges from them. Moreover, all my items that were stored, there are damaged with mold and are literally soaking wet when I went to get them.... read more
