Beautiful staff, great A/C! ⭐️10/5🐺
Unfortunately this is the only emergency vet on Maui. We had the worst customer service experience imaginable at after hours care this week. Before even laying eyes on my dog, the vet tech/receptionist Erin told me I should turn around and keep my dog on crate rest until the next day. Despite sharing I was concerned for my dog and that I am familiar with the extra fees for emergency care she continued to tell me that it would be a “significant wait time” and reiterated the price at least four other times.
