The staff is incredible here. They all work well together. The atmosphere is relaxing, even though it is a stressful thing.
My experience was very good. From meeting with Dr. V to the team that assisted him. They explained everything, made me feel more relaxed from beginning to end. I won't have a problem going back in five years. Very pleased with the visit. The Dr and entire staff were amazing.
Communication is a huge problem. Results from over 6 months ago never have been received by PCP. Even Drs in Boston who actually ordered test also never have received results I've never had follow up after multiple procedures. It's impeded me from getting accurate diagnosis. It will be 2 yrs and still trying to pull everything together & things have progressively worsened. Great Anesthesiologist, nurses and front desk help
