Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They responded to emails and telephone calls very promptly and kept me updated about the status of my purchase. They even replaced the hood on my Honda Pioneer 520 - before I even saw the vehicle - because of slight scratches that I might not have ever noticed. I very strongly recommend this shop. Scott, Jennifer and Barry made this purchase a very pleasant experience.
All staff is very easy to work with. I took my Goldwing 21 for a recall and while at it requested to replace the air filter, which is fairly involving work on newer models. Service was done right and quicker than expected. Tony Gentile and Gustavo Borges are friendly and professional. I ended up getting the state inspection done as well, which I didn’t know they do. They also have a surprising variety of bikes and gear for sell. I’ll be checking them out when I want new toys!

I would highly recommend buying from Central Mass Powersports. I called a dealer in the town I live and asked if a specific machine/color was in stock and was told yes. On the date arranged for pickup(my daughters birthday) I found out they did not have the machine I wanted but had a Japanese alternative at a reduced price. I started calling local authorized dealers for the machine I wanted and ended up in a 4 hour radius of my home.
