I entered CMPT with a cane and ataxic gate. I worked with Ben and Donna over several months and saw dramatic improvement in my mobility. Ben is very demanding but supportive, He never pushes you beyond what you can do. I did do the exercises at home religiously and that contributed to my progress. Ben came up with a variety of exercises that kept my workout productive and challenging. I intend to go back when I return in the Spring to continue my progress. This is a very well run Physical Therapy. My Therapists, Connor M. and Connor were both very good and helped me gain strength and range of motion after my Hip replacement surgery. They both are very knowledgeable and are great to work with. Also, Matt, who is their Strength and conditioning coach is also great to work with. I highly recommend Central Mass Physical Therapy!!

Thanks to CMPT and Emily I am running again. Years of lower back pain and Plantar Fasciitis left me feeling hopeless. Emily knew what I needed to work on and encouraged me every step of the way. At 60 I didn’t think I’d be able to ever run without pain again. But I am stronger than ever and am doing Triathlons. Thank you Emily and all the staff at CMPT. Can’t say enough good things about you guys.
