This review is solely about my experience with Dr Trubiano and the staff at this office. If I say this team saved my life I wouldn’t be lying. Extremely kind, helpful and smart. I wish every doctors experience was like this. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
I had an OB appointment today and, once again, had a great experience. I don’t do well with blood draws, and they have been very accommodating by allowing me to lay down in the exam room and having the phlebotomist come to me. Everyone is very good at what they do. Ruth, the medical assistant I worked with today, was amazing and so kind. She checked on me multiple times, made me feel at ease, and gave me an ice pack, which really helped. I’ve been here before a few times seeing Dr. Al-Kadhi before she moved practices. I was still dealing with painful periods and she told me I didn’t have endometriosis. I found out through another doctor that I do actually have it. I’m annoyed because I could’ve solved this problem literal years ago, but she didn’t diagnose me correctly. Otherwise the office and staff is nice. But I’m disappointed and frustrated so it’s a 1 for me.
I have my OB/Gyn doctor in this office, I come for my regular check up for during my pregnancy. My appointment is at 3:15pm. I checked in at 3:00pm . it is 3:54 pm waiting to call me in. they called people that came after me but make me wait. I took one hour off for my work just the waiting is one hour. I do not recommend you this office for your pregnancy visits.
