Horrible experience. We have been chasing one bad connection after the other. The workmanship ship done on our boat was horrible. In addition, they damaged our boat on "PURPOSE" AMD STOLE ITEMS OFF OUR BOAT..... RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Chris and Bobby could care less about properly fixing anything.
They had the parts I needed
1 Star that should be 0 Absolutely unacceptable experience. This service center showed zero respect for my property. My boat was abused while in their care, and repairs half —ed . Poor communication, no accountability, just excuses and lies. Boats are a major investment, and this place treats them carelessly. If you value your boat, don’t bring it here. I deeply regret trusting them. They really set the bar for unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest.
Shawn, You know I've already highly complimented Capt Matt, Zack, and Kendal. I would really like to add Chris Ellington, Tate, & Cory in your service department to that list 👍 Along the way, I had several questions and a few minor adjustments that needed to be addressed at the 20 hour service. Whenever I called Chris, he was always very responsive, professional, courteous, and helpful. Did I mention "cheerful"?
