CMP double charged my wife and I on our bill. When we called the customer service rep made it seem like it was such a bother to be on the phone. Offered no resolutions, no time frame on when we get our money back and no explanation as to why we were double charged The entire company is ridiculous. If this happens to you, try calling your bank and disputing the charges. Maybe then CMP will actually pay attention and show some care
