Just another dissatisfied customer! Worst utility company ever. Nice work!
Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would give negative stars if I could. CMP makes spirit airlines look like 5 star service. There isn’t one nice thing to say about this terribly run and mis managed company.
Tried to call this place and the phone was disconnected, tried the automated service and was hung up on three times. Finally got a hold of someone bc we are the only street in this area that doesn’t have power, I even drove around the town looking to make sure I wasn’t crazy. They said 57 ppl here were out of power and 30 of them live on this street. Maybe one day we can get a better power company. No hate on the linemen they work their hardest to keep us having power
