12-24-25 I had an apt. At 130 they woke me up wanted me to come in at 1030. I did. The girl took me to a room and "what brings you in today". I said I am scheduled to have a cyst removed from the back of my scalp. She said oh this is only a consult. No it isnt, it is suppose to be removed today.my pcp spoke with them I spoke with them and it was supposed to be removed today. I will not go back here I will go to Portland. The Healthcare in Lewiston and Auburn really sucks
My experience is similar to many of the others. No follow through, general lack of information and help every time I called. This office is disorganized and I don't understand how they lay their head down at night feeling good about the work they do. Morgan is the only pleasant person to communicate with but she's trapped in a perpetual hell of the rest of her medical staff not following through on what they're supposed to do. Waste of time. My boyfriend has a staff infection on his groin from a cyst, brown stuff coming out and left a message with someone after he called in on a Thursday and they never got back to him so he called back on Tuesdays of the next week waiting for a call back. They said i can't see you go to the er. We don't treat infections here even though Dr. Foley has been treating him for 3 or 4 years for the same problem . Highly recommend for any plastic surgery needs!! Dr. Foley is an incredible surgeon and the receptionists were very kind and helpful to me as well. Had my surgery at cmmc in Lewiston and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. As someone who has health anxiety and is terrified of hospitals, this is saying a lot. 5/5 stars
Dr.Foley did an amazing job on my breast augmentation. & the staff in his office are great.
