If I could rate 0/5 stars I would. 5 minutes late bringing my boyfriend to an appointment in October means being rescheduled for April. 5 minutes?? Then Covid19 happens and they push the appointment even further. Understandable. They call again saying we need to reschedule for a sooner date.
