The emergency department here is unbelievable. You are not a human being at this location you are just another number. I honestly have no idea how these people have kept their jobs and how this place is still running without lawsuit after lawsuit. I am so disappointed with how my father is currently being treated personally and medically!!! I can only imagine what the patients go through who do not have someone with them advocating for them during their time of treatment!!! The medical staff, when you get to talk to them, are great. But getting in touch with them is a bit of a hurdle. The new MyChart platform is next to worthless. My medications have not been migrated over to the new platform, so requesing a refill is a challenge. My practice's guidance regarding refills is to "talk to my pharmacy," and the pharmacy will request a refill directly to my practice. This has never, ever, not once, worked. I am very upset that cmmc did not think the change over to prime. Why? Because it's been a nightmare trying to get my very important blood work orders in to another hospital near to me, which I have had done for many times before. I am sick and these orders are needed. It's been since may 2oth , 2026 and I still do not have them put correctly nor getting any help to resolve this issue. I had a seizure and was brought to the er. Basically treated like a prisoner towards the end. Woud recommend St Mary's, Maine General or Portland
