Had the pleasure of getting some above and beyond help from Ashton in the OBGYN office with an insurance nightmare. They are not even a member of my care team, just happened to be around the office during my meltdown and still made the effort to get me the answers and resources I needed. This employee is gold! :)

ER it the absolute worse. Hard breathing, unable to stand or sit and they had me sitting for 4 hours without any help. What a joke. ER is the absolute worst I've ever experienced...
I didn't catch his name because I was more concerned what was happening.
