they do not have an efficient way of get medical info to billing for estimates. They do not know if labs are sent to a outsourced lab. The front desk of the Lab department does not know either. Outsourced lab may be located right in CMMC, but officially headquartered out of state. There is no department that communicates directly with billing leaving the patient to attempt to middleman without getting physical copies in person. Horrible. My husband is literally dying from cirrhosis. He’s had ZERO CARE from this place in 3 years. Couldn’t get in in November couldn’t get in December couldn’t get in January finally February 3. We raced down there to find out they have moved. We raced to the new location and calling them on the phone only to be told that Dr. churrango just changed his schedule and would not be seeing him. UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL WORST PLACE EVER. I WOULDN’T TRUST MY DOG IN THEIR CARE
I wish I could give it zero stars. They do not return calls. The NP doesn't look at the chart and we have the same conversation every time. She'll say "Let's try _____". We already did. It didn't work. "We'll refer you to the surgeon." You did, he said surgery is contraindicated. Then she looks at the chart and agrees. I'll be asking my PCP for a referral to Maine Gastroenterology after the first of the year. Driving to Portland for a competant doctor will be worth it.
I'm new it's alright take forever on the phone.worst gastrology office ever,never answers phone once you become a patient with them. And wont look into what you say either if your transfered from another provider either. When you say you need immediate call back they say ok and then they never call you back.Its like they never care and you've been told bye 4 doctors its all because of your colon and yet colon doctor never answers.
