I’ve called this place 3 times about not being able to go the bathroom it’s been 2 months and no one has returned my calls they are useless
I'm new it's alright take forever on the phone.worst gastrology office ever,never answers phone once you become a patient with them. And wont look into what you say either if your transfered from another provider either. When you say you need immediate call back they say ok and then they never call you back.Its like they never care and you've been told bye 4 doctors its all because of your colon and yet colon doctor never answers. They will make you suffer run away from here go far.
My husband has Crohn’s disease & has been without his medication (which had put him in remission) for 7 months due to a pre authorization. We moved from Florida in October & (were told his previous Gastro would complete auth since wait times were so long for Dr appts here unfortunately she didn’t) we were fortunate to get relatively quick appointments with a pcp after several calls who referred to this office. Run, don't walk away from this horrible office. Drs are the worst and patient care is not in their vocabulary! There are many other places that offer much better care!
they do not have an efficient way of get medical info to billing for estimates. They do not know if labs are sent to a outsourced lab. The front desk of the Lab department does not know either. Outsourced lab may be located right in CMMC, but officially headquartered out of state. There is no department that communicates directly with billing leaving the patient to attempt to middleman without getting physical copies in person.
