Trying to get my anxiety meds refilled is such an ordeal. I have been waiting 2 days now for them. I just tried calling the office with no luck like usual. Hopefully they will call me back and get my meds filled before my body goes into shock without them.
Difficult to impossible to get a response from this office. We've sent multiple messages via the patient portal over the past two weeks. They all remain unopened, unread. We've also called multiple times. You can either wait on hold or elect to receive a callback without losing your place in line. When we choose the latter option, we don't get a callback, so I'm not sure why this service is offered. I strongly advise against going to this medical practice. My experience highlighted a severe lack of communication and a disregard for patient well-being. For over a decade, I have managed chronic pain with medication, including Hydrocodone (which had become ineffective). In anticipation of my first appointment with a pain management specialist on February 19th, I decided to discontinue refilling my Hydrocodone prescription.
