Every single time always half hour or more late seeing patients. They over book and are always understaffed. Never an explanation of why they are late. Nor do they advise you when you arrive that they are running so far behind. Absolutely ridiculous.

The month of October is eye injury prevention month and, also, Halloween safety. Half of all eye injuries happen at home. It is important to take precaution to prevent eye injuries that can occur both inside and outside of the home. Acting responsibly and wearing eye protection can prevent most eye injuries.
I ordered 2 pair of glasses..I used my own frames for my new lenses,just regular progressives with no other additions..the second pair was a 360.00 pair of liberty sunglasses..the first pair of eyeglasses were ordered on a Friday. ..it now has been 10 days and the sunglasses were to be done by April 17th..now im told April 27th...I spent a total of 600.00..I didn't expect this poor service or I would of gone elsewhere...I would not recommend them to anyone nor will I ever purchase another pair from them
