I'm a big chicken. Dr. Fairfield calmed my fears by explaining my parathyroid issue in a way I could understand. He and his staff were excellent when taking biopsies. They knew I was nervous, and kept me informed and even made me laugh a few times. My follow up visits have been comprehensive and reassuring. Dr. Fairfield offered competence and compassion, two qualities I very much appreciated.
