I have been trying to get lancettes for almost a month and a half from dr reddy. I have type 2 diabetes and have been using 2 worn out lancettes to test my blood. My pharmacy has been calling the office for weeks then was told mainecare was not going to pay for them my wife called maine care and they said dr reddy would have to send a proxy to my pharmacy. Been going here for two years, and have had multiple issues with either appointments, blood work, med refills. As of right now I was suppose to get blood work done and was suppose to get med refill ( I was pregnant and we had to keep adjusting) over a month ago, said they would put it in and nothing I called twice now no one got back to me, so went into talk to them and all of a sudden they have nothing on my recored of me ever seeing my doctor or his prescribing me meds? Was on hold for over an hour, had a referral for an urgent appointment and they can’t get me in for more than two months and receptionist couldn’t care less. This is the second time I have dealt with them, the first time the receptionist left me a very nasty voicemail trying to tell me that I had to show up to my appointment and could not cancel it, even though I did not need the appointment and my obgyn felt comfortable with me canceling.
I had a very positive experience- the staff was extremely pleasant as was the doctor I saw and her explanation of my medical issue was thorough and reassuring.
