Terrible customer service, Pam was extremely mean and unprofessional. One of our clients was scheduled to go to her location after she stated that they can complete a nail collection for us and we sent a kit to the collection site. When the client went in she stated she had no one that is certified. We then contacted them back and let them know we can walk them through the process and Brianna stated that they CAN DO IT. I've always had small waits and the greatest experiences. They educated me on self- care. They treated me significantly well. The front desk is very informative and polite. My body and mind feels brand new. Put in the effort and you'll meet your goals.
Was on time, waited half an hour for a doctor. When a doctor asked how I was I was honest and said I didn't appreciate the wait time as I have My own life, only for them to tell me the appointment was supposed to take another hour (I had a carpool to worry about) and then threatened to tell my employer that I was being extremely rude and that they shouldn't hire me. I started crying. I cant wait to tell my employer about my experience.
