Was on time, waited half an hour for a doctor. When a doctor asked how I was I was honest and said I didn't appreciate the wait time as I have My own life, only for them to tell me the appointment was supposed to take another hour (I had a carpool to worry about) and then threatened to tell my employer that I was being extremely rude and that they shouldn't hire me. I started crying. I cant wait to tell my employer about my experience.
The male receptionist was great, he went out of way to help get my order right and that is why I gave such high score...the female doing the drug screen needs help with customer service. My license expired (I did renew it online but didn't have the print out or email confirmation). I explained that I did renew it and her response was "Well, I can't do anything with an expired ID". These folks know their stuff. I had some hamstring issues from trying to run faster. They analyzed my running gait on the treadmill, tested leg strength in various ways and clearly explained what was going on. Eric the therapist told me what to do to correct the problem and what exercises I needed to do to strengthen my hamstrings. It was a very positive experience and within no time I was doing much better. Definitely can recommend them!
