I recently purchased my first tractor and visited 4 dealers. Tim stood out from the rest with advice and service which I felt was genuine and incredibly helpful. His work was a big part of my decision to buy a Massey and his service before, during and post buying has been terrific. Thanks Tim and the Rhys Evan’s Ballarat team.
I brought compact tractor about 2 weeks ago. Found minor fault where needed some welding no fault of company. I rang them spoke to sales Manager. Not sure if I should use his name. Amazing service sorted it out straight away. My experience of his customer service was awesome. And tractor is great. Also they used common sense and made bracket weld even stronger.
Fantastic service and fantastic stall
Exceptional service from start to finish! The team’s knowledge and expertise in agriculture sales and services is truly impressive. Their products are high quality and competitively priced, and their customer support is second to none. I highly recommend CMS to anyone looking for reliable products backed up by top-notch support.
