This is the slowest, most overbooked, doctors office I’ve ever been to. After the same service for over 5 years, we are not coming back!
After waiting for my daughters appointment and speaking with staff four times and STATING MY DAUGHTER LOST HER GLASSES. we waited 2 hours in the waiting room and they refused to see her without her glasses. Instead of telling me ahead of time to just order her new glasses. They refused to see her and made us order new ones at this appointment. Very FRUSTRATING!!!!! SO NOTE TO ALL PATIENTS IF YOU LOSE YOUR GLASSES JUST CALL AND ORDER A NEW PAIR. BRFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. they will not tell you that!!
