They never return calls, contacts irritated my eyes for the trial pair and no one ever returned calls. Went to the pineville office and no one was at the front desk, I sat there for almost 20mins even signed it and eventually just left
Took forever to see me. I was in a lot of pain and it would have taken me almost 2 hrs to see dr so i ended up leaving. Horrible!
