Leaving this here for people looking to apply, it is INCOME RESTRICTED. Tried calling multiple times during office hours and the lady was not answering or responding to voicemail. Had to get the email from the maintenance guy once I called his # from the voicemail, only to find out that they’re income restricted. Stuff like this should be public advertising so people know which apartments will suit them and which ones don’t!

Will find any reason to get rid of you because they are starting to charge more & do renovations here soon. Management not so good had items stolen there did nothing to help when there was cameras in place. Maintenance is trash never comes through does the bare minimum & expects you to pay like the place is luxurious if you are considering applying there run away fast
