It is fantastic! Income restrictions give an affordable option for Safety and Cleanliness. They are very community friendly and inclusive by hosting an event or gathering for residents multiple times throughout the month. They give upper class vibes with their amenities and features.Its the whole package for my family, A place i can afford that gives me peace of mind while giving me an opportunity to build support systems.

Think twice. Terrible gnat problem coming through the drains. Had items stolen with no help from management despite there being cameras in place. Dog feces constantly in hallways. The smell of marijuana in the basement where management lives and nothing was done to resolve the issue.

Leaving this here for people looking to apply, it is INCOME RESTRICTED. Tried calling multiple times during office hours and the lady was not answering or responding to voicemail. Had to get the email from the maintenance guy once I called his # from the voicemail, only to find out that they’re income restricted. Stuff like this should be public advertising so people know which apartments will suit them and which ones don’t!
