Worst experience ever, don’t think that doctor( don’t know the name, looks like an Indian Lady) is qualified to deal with children, she just only worried to work overtime, if too many appointments, try to re-arrange before we go, rather than complaining all the time and hurting the baby. Shame on her
A shambles for covid and flu jabs. People waiting for over an hour past appointment times. nurses giving the in jections waiting for their next patient because the person sending them in was also booking patients in. He was overworked - ridiculous carry on. Some people were actually being given their jabs and they took in 1 case 28 minutes!! Try pharmacy - much easier
The initial consultation with the doctor took place in a trusting atmosphere. The doctor listened carefully, asked clarifying questions, and explained the examination plan in detail. I felt that I was dealing with a true professional who was interested in solving my problem. After the examination, a course of treatment was prescribed. Been trying to get an appointment for a coil replacement with axess and had no luck, luckily found this clinic & what an amazing team they are. They go absolutely above and beyond, make you feel so comfortable & they are so knowledgable in their job. Annmaria is amazing at what she does, thank you again to the team.
Can't recommend enough! My implant wasn't working for me and it's been months since I tried to get an appointment at axess. I'm really glad I found this clinic! I got a phone call a day or two after filling out the form online and they had appointments available the same week! Mandy was amazing and the appointment was really fast, I didn't even have to wait before being seen :)
