Nothing but issues. And now apparently I cant even get an appointment because its not a "same day" appointment??? Seems really pointless if you asked me.. Im not even requesting a same day appointment.
My husband and I had the same positive response to our first and second appointments with Dr. Faranghi. We are thrilled she is our new doctor. I feel very comfortable with her and appreciate her thoughtful and thorough approach to our Healthcare. The Petrolia clinic is bright spacious and very efficient.
Extremely disappointed with the care my family and I have received at Central Lambton Family Health Team. Serious health concerns were repeatedly brought up during appointments, yet they were not properly followed up on by the doctors. When I requested to switch to a different physician, the request was denied without a clear explanation. Additionally, the front desk staff have consistently been unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this facility.
Dr. Mall is a great doctor and a compassionate human. He takes the time, listens, and follows up. If I can't see him, the office schedules a phone call from him. I've been seeing Dr. Mall for 8 years and nothing but positive interactions.
