Multiple times I've come to get my blood drawn and they forget to put my name on the list. Waiting 40 minutes, watching people who came in after me getting called for blood draw. This isn't the first time this has happened and it's frustrating as hell especially when I have to take my medication by a certain time. They don't even bother taking your ID cards anymore, just have you fill out your name and number and apparently forget to schedule you. Very slow services I left
Depends what time you go! Early morning crew is fantastic, chatty, and efficient. Feels like they care! Afternoon crew in my experience has been kind of dismissive (“be right with you” three times while talking amongst themselves about personal lives) and treats you more like a burden than someone who needs help. Had that experience 3/3 times in the afternoon and took about 45 mins longer even though there wasn’t anyone else in front of me 2/3 times.
