Went on a Saturday around 12:30pm. Everyone was professional and friendly, and I was done within 20 min. Got some of my results back later the same day.
Fast and easy! They are open 24 hours. If no one is there and doors are locked, press this call button! I was there at 5am.
Plenty of parking. It was not busy at all when I arrive on a weekday morning. The check in process is pretty easy—just tell your name to the staff. Although, a kiosk or self-check in would help. The place is clean and the staff were friendly. The blood draw was straight forward, quick and easy. It took me a while to wait though to get a swap because they ran out of supplies. This is kind of unexpected for a central lab. I also notice that their hazardous bin was full, well above the fill line. This can be dangerous.
Terrible experience here with Atticus. He was no help and pretty much refused to help me and my wife. We got someone new and made the experience better. But his attitude was unacceptable.
They did a great job getting me in quicky.
