These people are amazing. Seth went wayyyyy out of his way to help me track down a battery I’ve been waiting on for my Segway e-bike. I was getting ZERO help from Segway themselves, and Seth took it upon himself to get me connected to the right people. He didn’t have to do that, but he chose to help me anyway. That’s what true customer service is all about! This is the type of business that earns your hard-earned money!
