This is one of the worst medical facilities I have been a patient with. The staff here have a don't care attitude, which doesn't fly in this line of work dealing with people everyday, especially with medical care and attention. I had requested some medical documents for military medical. Since those were paid for out of my own pocket and not the military, I own those records. We drove up to this office at 6:45, and were happy to see the "open" sign out on the road. However, we were told to take our ill infant to elsewhere, because while they were open, they would not see patients after 6:30. Why on earth can't they set their office hours to end at 6:30 so it's clear that is when service ends? Or, set the last appointment at 7 and staff the office until 7:30 so the services line up with the published hours? We wouldn't have wasted time driving our extremely ill infant to this office if we'd known ... read more
My first and only experience here was a joke. When I got there there was no one in the waiting room and still it took over an hour from start to finish of my visit and most of that was spent waiting both in and out of the exam room. The staff were only friendly to the point as to avoid being socially rude, but nothing more. Also the doctor was a quack. I told him I have had chronic problems with two things my whole life and that they were back and he insisted that they were something else entirely. Scared the hell out of me ... read more
