They designed and installed Quality Kitchen cabinets for us a few years ago. Too many adjustments were needed right away, the cabinets did not stand up to the test of time , although this is a weekend only home and kitchen was not heavily used. The worst thing is that Kurt, the owner, has been and still is completely unresponsive and unprofessional throughout the process, I had to chase him and call many many times. I have been using Kurt and his team on many of my projects for several years now. They carry all styles from modern to transitional to traditional all of high quality and in all price points. They are always courteous, responsive and professional from project planning and design to completion.
This is a strange business! We went there for a kitchen estimate, the representative came to take measurements, we stopped by his showroom again to discuss some additional details and he was supposed to email us a final breakdown and they stopped communicating with us. Then we went back to find out what happened and the representative told us he did not know what happened. They would look into it and be in contact with us very soon.
