I brought in my car for a service recall and it ended with a service guy yelling at me. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but... They ran a diagnostic and found $3000 worth of additional "problems" with my car, then tried to charge me 4x compared with my local mechanic. If you inflate costs, charge for a diagnostic without disclosing a price for that, then yell at a customer and insult them by saying they don't understand how cars work, you lose me as a customer.
