‼️BUYER BEWARE‼️ Extremely disappointed with my 2021 Kia Telluride. A major dashboard/instrument cluster failure on a vehicle this new is unacceptable, especially when it affects critical driving information and safety. The repair process was expensive, stressful, and frustrating, and after researching further, it appears many other owners have experienced similar issues. I bought a car from here many years ago. I called for a month asking if somebody can email me the bill of sale. Nobody never called me. Nobody never sent me the bill of sale. I had to physically go to the store. Myself drove over 30 minutes just to get a bill of sale. This was how he frustrated that nobody was able to return my call or was able to give me a bill of sale in the email.
Great service. Have been going here for years and it has gotten better than the horrible service Dan OBrian Kia used to offer.
