Why is it when I call and make an appointment that when I show up there is no appointment and I have to wait 2 hours for an oil change that would take less than 15 minutes somewhere else? Really glad I had to take off work and schedule around my appointment that disappeared the moment I arrived. What wonderful service.
I brought my 2025 Kia Sportage for repairs, a car that i purchased only 4 months ago. Back up lights were out. Dropped car off at 8:30, a few hours passed and not one word from the advisor PAUL. I reached out to him via text and phone multiple times, just asking for a status update. NOT ONE WORD, not one word texting, or a courtesy call just to provide me with any update.
