Service department was terrible, poor communication and extremally poor customer service. We have used this dealership for 8 years for service. We purchased our second Telluride mid July from this dealership, the sales experience was one of the best we have had, but the service department was awful. I'm very happy with the service of my car. It was on time and the docs were all online--very convenient. Just one issue. None of the faucets in the men's room sinks work. One of the employees told me they have been broken since Thursday (today is Monday). That's not good. It seems like a small thing but it is more important than management realizes.
I called this Kia dealership to schedule an oil change and warranty service for a horn that suddenly became extremely quiet. I was told that the oil change could be completed in approximately 1.5 hours, but the dealership would not even check by phone whether the horn part was available. Instead, I was told that I would need to leave the vehicle with them for 24–48 hours just for diagnosis.
