DO NOT under any circumstances use the service department at KIA Clay Cooley Plano. My car has been with them for 3 months today, since April 7th. I have gotten the run around, no responses to my plethora of calls, emails, text, etc. As a disabled veteran who has had to take multiple days off of work and lose income with no resolution, this is completely unacceptable. Bought my car from this dealership in 2021 and used their service department ever since. My experience was good until recently. I brought my car in for routine service with no issues, but was told the check engine light came on after they started it. I was quoted $1,750 for repairs, which I declined. After picking up my car, it began overheating within 15 minutes and had to be towed elsewhere.
