I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My appointment was scheduled for 9:30, but I arrived at 8:30—an hour early. After waiting patiently for over an hour, the staff told me my appointment had “already expired” and that I was late, which was completely untrue. I’m in my fourth week of being sick with a severe cough . After not getting the help I needed from another doctor, I went to Carbon Health. They put me on the meds I needed and I saw improvement the next day! I’’m slowly getting better. I’m so relieved!
