Horrific customer service! The rude attitude of the front office personnel made me decide not to see this physician. Must be the doctor's wife, otherwise they would have be terminated a long time ago.
I was seen by Kristina Basile a few weeks ago. I had an amazing, thorough examination. She took her time as I explained all my symptoms and sent me for tests. During my follow up visit yesterday, she went over all results and again took her time. I never felt rushed. I was extremely comfortable. Their staff was very helpful when I had to obtain a referral for PT. I would recommend this office highly.
Waste of time. Staff is rude. Took my Dad for seizure follow-up visit. made to wait nearly 45 minutes past our appointment time, even though we were the ONLY patients in the place. Dr Gulevski did not even look at my dad He immediately turned toward his computer and ask if all his meds were the same and asked how was he feeling. Did not even look him in the eye. No tests, no evaluation, no discussion. Nothing. Office looks like it was put together overnight and from Facebook finds.
The most caring people I've ever encountered. I get daily migraines and they are battling with my insurance to get approval for the one medication that did work but isn't covered by my insurance.
