Michael can have a gruff attitude and can be impatient at times but he does his best to do the right thing for you. We have AHS. Our AC needed a part that was backordered (many weeks) during this heatwave. He found a way to keep us cool by going above and beyond what AHS provides on his own nickel. We are appreciative for his ingenuity and generosity. He really is knowledgeable and helpful.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. Specifically, the technician, Mike, who came to my house had no patience to explain anything and said "get someone else to look at your AC unit". I tried asking him questions to understand what the problem was for our AC unit and the guy snapped. Avoid this company at all cost.
