Terrible. Unprofessional, nasty attitude. Has been out to our house three times through American Home Shield and has done nothing. Do NOT recommend him!

Michael can have a gruff attitude and can be impatient at times but he does his best to do the right thing for you. We have AHS. Our AC needed a part that was backordered (many weeks) during this heatwave. He found a way to keep us cool by going above and beyond what AHS provides on his own nickel. We are appreciative for his ingenuity and generosity. He really is knowledgeable and helpful.
