Unbelievable and offensive behavior is what we experienced with Creative. Many promises were made, and at first Mitch seemed to be on top of things. However, that quickly proved not to be the case. Mitch and Jay saved us. Our home furnace is shot, and we are waiting for parts. I figured we can use our fireplace but never turned it on since the day we bought the house new. Of course, it wouldn’t start after 15 years. I informed them of the urgent need due to me having a baby and 3 elderlies living at home. Jay took time to come on the same day and took care of us. When I called Creative Fireplace today, I didn’t know it, but all I really needed was some good advice on how to use my wood stove better. They gave it to me which I really appreciate. i’m sick of people that always tell you you need new equipment just because they wanna sell you something; Creative Fireplace did not do that, which I appreciate. Creative Fireplace is a class act, and I highly recommend them. if I ever do need somebody to service my woodstove, or if I need new equipment, I will call them first.
