I would not recommend Central Jersey Family Medical Group. The office staff is completely unresponsive, you have to call multiple times just to get a refill for essential medications like blood pressure and cholesterol prescriptions. The office itself feels worn and dirty, which doesn’t inspire confidence in their care. The wait times are ridiculous; even with an appointment, you’re left sitting for way beyond the acceptable 10-15 minutes, as if our time doesn’t matter. I’ve gone twice and each time they’ve had their doors locked and closed. The first time was an early morning appointment, to which they arrived 30 minutes after my original appointment time. Second time they scheduled me for an appointment at 4pm, I arrived at 3:30 and their doors were locked and phones were turned off.
