Stay away from this Medical group they can’t figure out billing . I was cover under my wife’s insurance it ended on September 1st of 24 . I’m getting bills from last year before September we had empire blue cross blue shield. We both make appointment on same day and back to back times with same physician assistant. But we are billed differently I get a bill and my wife doesn’t get a bill . Same insurance . But the stupid people in billing say since my wife is primary insurance holder coverage is different . I would not recommend Central Jersey Family Medical Group. The office staff is completely unresponsive, you have to call multiple times just to get a refill for essential medications like blood pressure and cholesterol prescriptions. The office itself feels worn and dirty, which doesn’t inspire confidence in their care. The wait times are ridiculous; even with an appointment, you’re left sitting for way beyond the acceptable 10-15 minutes, as if our time doesn’t matter. I’ve gone twice and each time they’ve had their doors locked and closed. The first time was an early morning appointment, to which they arrived 30 minutes after my original appointment time. Second time they scheduled me for an appointment at 4pm, I arrived at 3:30 and their doors were locked and phones were turned off.
