Our family of six has been patients of Dr. Bordieri and Central Jersey Family Medical Group for many years. While we have occasionally experienced some issues at the front desk, the quality of care provided by the medical practitioners has always been excellent. Awful experience. This office is totally non-professional and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. I was turned down for medical services because I wouldn't wear a mask. I hadn't been diagnosed yet by Jennifer and they still insisted on a mask. The Covid Plandemic is way over but this Liberal office doesn't believe in science. They are not happy unless they are controlling you. You have lost a long time customer!
I cannot begin to describe how negligent this office is. Patient care is non existent unless you’re in their face, explaining your problems until you’re blue in the face. I’ve been left on hold several times for over 10 minutes, calls dropped, with no return call. They CONSTANTLY fail to follow up with appointments AND call in medications. Don’t waste your time with this place. They don’t care about their patients.
Caring staff and knowledgeable doctors. Never a wait more than 5 minutes. Open 7 days a week and good evening hours.
