Do not go to this office if you are trans. Office continues to misgender me and use my birth name despite my name and trans status being in my chart. Front desk staff is nice enough, but every Nurse Practitioner I have seen has been cold and dismissive of my medical issues. How many times do I have to cry iut of frustration in a doctors’ office until I am taken seriously?
Excellent doctors and family practitioner. However, the front office personnel are very rude and the office manager doesn’t make the place any better.
I told them I’m out of life saving medication and they tried booking me an appointment 2 weeks out. Unprofessional. Unhelpful. Inhumane. I want to file a complaint
Love Dr. Bordieri, but avoid Dr Newman at all costs. Rude, arrogant, aggressive.
