First off , if you watch me walk in while sitting at the greeting desk and then 5 minutes later watch me walking around looking for help and say” Do you need help” , you’ve already done a bad job. Besides the lack luster service, the prices here are now 10 x worse then they were previously, which was bad bad bad. For some reason Stihl and CS think there is no limit as to what they can charge. WRONG.
I purchased a new John Deere from these guys and received first-class service from the time my order was submitted to the time my tractor was delivered. If you’re in the market for a new John Deere, do yourself a huge favor and ask for Allen in the sales department. He’s extremely knowledgeable and will take great care of you. Just stopped by to get some maintenance stuff for my John Deere lawnmower, which I bought from this place. There were 4 staff working and I was the only customer in the store. The guy sitting at the door doing nothing at least greeted me. One employee was on the phone seeming like he was trying to help a customer. The other employees were busy staring at their computer screens. Looking at the various John Deere home maintenance kits it's hard to determine which one you need.
