Terrible customer service, never came on three scheduled appointments.
They showed up at my house. They started removing bedroom furniture. They weren't very strong. They used my runner rug to drag the furniture out of the house. They couldn't pick it up. They ruined my rug. They found a few dead bed bugs in the bed, so they had to halt the removal. This I understood, but they threw my clothes on the floor, everywhere. It was a total mess!
