The staff here are wonderful people. Whether you're getting done with training or just starting out. You can even replace your gear once you're done with OSUT.
This CIF was great. I have been to several due to changing components, commissioning, PCSing, assignments, etc., and this was by far the best. Everyone that I spoke to was professional, courteous, and kind. They were immensely helpful and quickly assisted me. I was in and out (retiring) in 25 minutes. Idk what's going on at this CIF, I did not get the stereotypical CIF experience. I was treated well, with zero BS. Whatever it is, you need to find a way to bottle it up and get it to the other CIFs across the Army. I low key was looking forward to being yelled at, having people argue with me, and have my still in the plastic gear thrown back in my face because it was "dirty." Oh well.
They charged me for 20-year-old year that they were just going to throw away if I had it. They're ridiculous and they only do statement of charges. I couldn't pay for the twenty year old items. But the people were mostly nice
